Terms & Conditions
Users are required to carefully review and fully understand these terms prior to booking or using the venue. Booking confirmation or venue entry indicates full acceptance and agreement to abide by all terms.
1. Booking and Payment
• Confirmation emails will be sent upon completion of booking. Please contact TennisLOFT if you do not receive your confirmation email.
• A booking is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and processed.
• All bookings must be made in advance with full payment required at the time of booking.
2. Refund Policy
• Late arrivals will forfeit their booking without any refund.
• All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons or adverse weather conditions.
3. Entry Requirements
• Prior to entering the venue, users must read, understand, and agree to all applicable venue rules, safety guidelines, and these terms and conditions.
• Entry to the venue constitutes acceptance of all relevant policies and regulations.
4. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling is generally not permitted. However, in exceptional cases, users may request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to TennisLOFT approval and may incur a fee of HK$50 per session.
• Users presenting a valid medical certificate may reschedule once free of charge, provided notification is given at least 24 hours prior to the original booking time.
• The free rescheduling opportunity is limited to one instance and requires submission of a medical certificate.
• Final approval of rescheduling requests depends solely on TennisLOFT and availability.
• Users are advised to consider their health carefully and notify TennisLOFT promptly of any need to reschedule.
5. Package Plans
• Package plans are for exclusive personal use of the guest who has signed up for the plan or their accompanied friends.
• Friends using the package must be accompanied by the guest who has signed up for the plan during venue entry.
• All package plans are non-refundable.
6. Venue Usage
• TennisLOFT consists of 4 tennis courts.
• To ensure the best experience for all players, we recommend one player per court. A maximum of two players is allowed at the same time per court booking.
• Users must collect all tennis balls and clean the court after use to maintain court condition for other users.
• Any damage or unusual conditions in the venue must be reported immediately to TennisLOFT management.
7. Appropriate Attire and Footwear
• Users must wear proper tennis shoes with non-marking soles; street shoes or black-soled shoes are prohibited to protect the courts.
• Appropriate tennis attire must be worn at all times.
8. Equipment and Court Usage
• Courts are to be used solely for playing tennis.
• Food, gum, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the courts. Water in non-breakable containers is allowed.
• Users may bring personal tennis equipment in compliance with venue rules. Rental equipment availability and policies will be communicated separately.
• Users should limit tennis balls on court to prevent damage and maintain play quality.
9. Operating Hours and Lighting
• TennisLOFT operating hours will be posted and must be adhered to.
• Usage outside regular hours may incur additional fees, subject to prior arrangement.
10. Safety and Conduct
• Users must comply with all safety signage, instructions, and venue staff directions.
• Smoking, pets, and unauthorized coaching are strictly prohibited within the venue.
• Users shall conduct themselves respectfully; abusive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal and possible ban.
11. Prohibited Activities
• All forms of illegal activity, including but not limited to possession or use of prohibited substances, theft, vandalism, or harassment, are strictly forbidden within TennisLOFT premises.
• Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited indoors and throughout all areas of the club.
• Any user found to be participating in illegal activity or violating this policy will be immediately removed from the premises and may be subject to permanent suspension or legal action.
12. Damage and Liability
• Users are responsible for any damage caused to courts, equipment, or facilities.
• The venue may require a damage deposit or seek compensation for repairs from responsible parties.
• TennisLOFT disclaims liability for any accidents, injuries, or loss incurred on premises. Users assume full responsibility for their safety and personal belongings.
13. Children’s Classes and Safety Measures
• Children under 6 years old are generally not permitted in the tennis court area without special permission.
• Children enrolled in TennisLOFT kids classes must be registered by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their children to arrive and depart safely and on time.
• All children must wear appropriate sports attire and clean, non-marking tennis shoes during class.
• Qualified instructors supervise all kids classes, and age-appropriate equipment is provided for safety.
• Safety protocols, including instructions from coaches and staff, must be followed at all times.
• Instructors have the right to remove any child from class if their behavior poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
• TennisLOFT is not responsible for the supervision of children outside designated class times or areas.
14. Fire Safety
• All users must comply with TennisLOFT’s fire safety regulations at all times.
• Emergency exits and escape routes must be kept clear and unobstructed.
• The use of open flames, candles, fireworks, or any fire-generating devices is strictly prohibited within all areas of the club.
• Users should immediately report any fire hazards, damaged electrical equipment, or suspicious odors to staff.
• In the event of a fire alarm or emergency evacuation, all users must promptly follow staff instructions and proceed to the designated assembly point.
• Failure to comply with fire safety procedures may result in removal from the premises and potential suspension of facility privileges.
15. Booking Limits and No-Show Policy
• TennisLOFT reserves the right to limit the number of bookings per user to ensure equitable access.
• No-shows may lead to forfeiture of booking fees.
16. Breach of Terms
• TennisLOFT reserves the right to remove any user found violating these terms immediately.
• Serious violations may result in permanent suspension of venue access.
17. Amendments to Terms
• TennisLOFT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• All changes take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice to users.
18. Interpretation Rights
• TennisLOFT retains sole and final interpretation authority over these terms and conditions.
